The Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids and the American Heart Association release findings about how Missouri is doing on the prevention of teen smokers. The report shows Missouri off to a good start, 15th in the nation, but public health officials are concerned. The state has only allocated 57% of the minimum amount recommended by the CDC.
