Flu Prevention in Schools

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Colder temperatures can only mean one thing, you and your kids will come down with every flu bug that passes thru their classroom. If your not careful, one child with the flu can lead to entire classrooms of children home for days, but the old recommendations still hold true. Drink plenty of fluids, rest and eat right. If you or your child comes down with flu like symptoms stay home and rest for several days. And remember, just because you are feeling better doesnt mean you can no longer spread your germs. The flu bug stays contagious for about seven days.
