Tyson Lawsuit Update

There`s been a new development with the lawsuit against Tyson Foods. The Grand River Dam Authority board members have decided to indefinably postpone a decision of joining the class action lawsuit against Tyson Foods. They are accused of polluting Grand Lake with dumping millions of gallons of chicken parts. Tyson has denied any responsibility for problems in Grand Lake and claim there are thousands of possible sources of pollution besides them. The Seneca-Cayuga tribe based in Miami, has voted to join the lawsuit as well as 10 national law firms.
