A year after being the of the highest heating cost history, most Missouri customers are enjoying a drama in winter bills. The savings averages $300 and $400 average home. Last winter, Missouri Energy was asking to allow it to charge customer highest rate ever to natural gas. But this year, MGE a request for its for reduction since last the new rate, which have yet to approve, into effect February gas used. The warmer and the lower gas costs have heating bills about from last year. And analysts say eve severe cold sets in, prices appear to be in check rest of the season.
