Empire District Electric Co. Board Changes

There`s a new man in charge at a Four-State utility company. Empire District Electric Company has announced new management officials. Myron McKinney, current president and CEO of the company was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. William Gipson, current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer was elected to replace McKinney as president and CEO. The new changes will take effect on May 1st.
