Happy 20th Birthday, Project Help

An area agency celebrates a birthday. Empire Electric`s Project Help is 20 years old today. The project helps meet the emergency-energy related expenses of the elderly or disabled by helping them with their electric bills. For some, extreme heat or cold could be a matter of life and death. Donations are accepting by empire customers adding a dollar to their electric bill. Since 1982 over $570,000 has been donated to help the people.
