Faulkner Trial Update

Trial gets underway for a Four-State man accused of sexually assaulting three teenage girls. The trial of Granby resident Glenn Faulkner got underway today in Jasper County Court. Faulkner faces various charges including rape, sodomy, kidnapping and armed criminal action. He is accused of sexually assaulting three girls, but the current trial is just for charges from one victim. There will be two additional trials for the other two victims. A jury was selected today, comprised of six men, and six women. After opening statements, both sides of the case were able to question the victim. The trial is expected to continue through Friday.
