Ottawa County Drug Arrests

A Four-State man wanted by local law enforcement officers is now behind bars. Ottawa County officials received reports that 40-year old Jimmy Lee Sharbutt was hiding out with 43-year old Dana Witcraft at her residence in Quapaw. Officials say they spotted her vehicle traveling east of Quapaw. Upon stopping the vehicle, they found Sharbutt lying in the front seat along with 52 grams of methamphitamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Sharbutt has been charged with several drug trafficking and possession charges, plus warrants for bail jumping and failing to appear in court. He is being held on $250,000 bond. Witcraft has been charged with the same drug charges, as well as, harboring a fugitive. She is being held on $500,000 bond.
