Update on Fort Scott Teacher

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Charges are still pending against an area teacher and coach, accused of videotaping students without their knowledge. Fort Scott Kansas High School instructor Randy Carter has been suspended from his duties. Police say Carter is accused of videotaping students who were using a tanning bed in his Fort Scott home. Police are still in the process of interviewing people who may be involved in the case. If you feel you may have been a victim, you are being asked to contact the Fort Scott Police Department. Carter was arrested and later released this week on probable cause of eavesdropping. The crime includes the audio or video taping of someone without their consent.
