Three Tulsa men appear before a judge after being accused in the beating of a Racine man. Jason Stansill was taken off the ICU list and released from the hospital today. Family members say his condition is slowly improving. The three men charged in his beating, appeared before a Newton County judge today for the formal reading of charges. Nicholas and Roger Samuel along with David Godwin are all charged in the case. Each of the men now face three felony charges for assault and use of a deadly weapon as well as burglary. Police say the men broke into Stansill`s home on Wednesday night and severely beat him. The defendants will appear before the judge again next week.
