Super Bowl Super Cake

Recipe:
CAKE
Make one White Sheet Cake using egg whites only
After the cake is cooled, poke holes with the handle of a wooden spoon
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed.... save juice
Place a thawed out raspberry in each hole
ICING
8 oz cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
small container of whipping cream
cream above ingredients together and when completely smooth, spread over cake .
Sprinkle the remaining raspberries over cake along with juice.
This will be your favorite cake for years to come.
