Tulsa Men Accused of Beating Bound Over for Trial

Three Tulsa men accused in the brutal beating of a Racine man will stand trial. David Godwin, Roger Samuel and Nicholas Samuel have been bound over for trial in Newton County. The three are charged with the severe beating of Jason Stansill late last month. Each of the men face three felony charges for assault and use of a deadly weapon as well as burglary. Police say the men broke into Stansill`s home and severely beat him with hammers and brass knuckles. They will be back in court on April 1st.
