Officials determine the cause of another fire in the Four-States, which destroyed an area home. Joplin fire crews responded to the home at 12th and Grand just after 9:00am Thursday morning. When they arrived, they found the home fully engulfed in flames. The homeowner who reported the fire was able to flee the home with out injury. She told fire fighters she turned up the heat shortly before the fire began. Fire officials have determined that an electrical short ignited the blaze.
