Guilty Verdict

A former four state police officer pleads guilty to charges of murder. Former Nevada police officer David Houdshell was originally charged with the first degree murder of 37-year-old David Mosher in the summer of 2000. In a Vernon County court yesterday, Houdshell pled guilty to a lesser charge of second degree murder. The two men were former friends who had both married the other`s ex wife. Coroner`s reports say Mosher died of gunshot wounds to the back and the side.
