Updated: January 7, 2009
A longstanding high school tradition is getting some extra attention this year. Each year Neosho High School Seniors take part in the painting of the hill. But this year senior Cody Duncan and two of his friends painted a confederate flag on the street next to the high school.Duncan doesn`t know if school administrators will make him paint over his design. After all, Duncan says the confederate flag is a part of our history. Some of Duncan`s friends told him it was not a good idea to paint the flag.
