Two Four-State men are indicted on federal firearms violations. 76-year old Roger Perry of Duenweg and 31-year old Ben Boyd of Joplin are each charged in a five count indictment. The charges allege Perry and Boyd were dealing firearms without a license. Officials say the two sold the weapons at several gun shows and stored the guns at a home in Duenweg. If convicted, the men could face a sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a fine up to one-million dollars.
