Each year the children`s miracle network depends on your donations to help four state children. One contributor has been heinz baby food, but that programs is now coming to an end. The Children`s Miracle Network has received more than 7.3 million dollars in donations from heinz in the last 15 years. Stephany Kimball of the Children`s Miracle Network said, "All the money comes from Heinz, like all the money that we raise goes to fund programs that CMN has throughout the year, including nicu at Freeman Health Systems. Children in the four-states are helped when you save heniz labels from babyfood jars, cereals, and toddler snacks. You can simply send your labels to the Childrens Miracle Network. Kimball said, "When we return the labels to them that they are kind enough to cut us a check and the amount of whatever that would be at six cents per label." The childrens miracle network in the four-states already recieved a check for more than 2 thousand dollars from Heinz. That donation will go towards the telethon next year. Heinz will also be donating another check for the telethon in two years, but CMN is looking for another grocery sponser to help support the program. Heinz`s baby food miracle label program will continue until December 31. You can send your labels to CMN by mailing them to 1102 West 32nd Street, Joplin, MO 64804 or by calling 417-347-6639.
