A northeast Oklahoma man charged in the death of his own nephew enters a guilty plea. 37-year-old Lelon Kinslow was originally charged with first-degree manslaughter in the death of 30-year-old Larry Kinslow. The nephew died after Kinslow ran him over with his car in the parking lot of Commerce, Oklahoma nightclub in June. Prosecutors say Kinslow was drunk and driving recklessly at the time of the incident. Kinslow will be sentenced to 10 years but could be eligible for parole in eight and a half years.
