Four State officials identify what roles three men played in the death of a Joplin woman. Cordell Cain, 27, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been arrested and named as a formal suspect in the 2001 murder of Kendace Decarlo. Decarlo was found shot to death in her Joplin home in July of last year. According to affidavits in the case, Cain is being identified to as the alleged shooter in the murder. Donald Overton, 21, who is still at large, is identified in the documents as an alleged lookout in the incident. Brian McDaniel, 27, who is also in custody, is allegedly referred to as the driver of the getaway car. There is still no word yet on whether Cain is fighting or waiving extradition back to Missouri. Police say the three suspects were members of the "Blood Gang", but are still not saying if the incident is gang related. They say Overton is to be considered armed and dangerous.
