The test scores are in...
And the neosho R-5 school district is celebrating a higher test score average on the Missouri Assessment Program.
Both teachers and students alike have a full load of preparation in front of them to be ready for test time in April.
But if the same holds true from the past testing period, scores here will be on the rise.
That gives teachers a lot to be thankful for.
Not only are these map scores are on the rise due to hard work and more students hitting the books, but it`s also due in part to the support these kids get from the community.
The map subject areas include math, communication arts, science, social studies, health and P.E.
And while a test is still a test, it`s become a test of life...
One that`s headed toward a big success.
Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum Gretchen Guitard says that the district just received the scores.
Students will get the chance to see their own personal scores within less than a week.
School administrators say they are very pleased with this year`s test results.
