Kidnapper Caught by Police

Authorities arrest a man wanted on kidnapping charges. Crawford County officers began looking for the man after he allegedly fled the scene of an assault. Richard Carlo Mosqueda now faces charges of felony kidnapping, felony criminal threats and two counts of domestic battery. He was taken into custody last night by officers from the Frontenac Police Department and Crawford County Sheriffs Department. 32-year-old Mosqueda is accused of holding a woman against her will in Frontenac.
