Red Cross Tornado Help

The American Red Cross also has a command post to help tornado victims. A shelter has been set up at the Barton County Memorial Hall in Lamar for victims. Meals will be provided for victims who may be homeless or that received significant damage. Donations are also being taken at the Southwest Missouri Chapter of the American Red Cross in Joplin. For more information on how you can help, call 624-4411. A special toll free line has also been established to put citizens in contact with damage assessment teams. Call 1-866-221-8238 for more information.
