Suspects Arrested in Car Theft/Vandalism

Three suspects are arrested in Quapaw Oklahoma for a vandalism case at a Four-State high school. 20-year old Justin Turner of Quapaw was arrested along with two juveniles for allegedly stealing a bus driver`s personal car and putting it on the railroad tracks by the school. Last week, a train crashed into the car only after the it was torched by the suspects. The suspects are facing charges on six counts including larceny of an automobile, vandalism, two counts of damage to a rail road and arson. Turner is also facing charges of aiding a minor to commit a felony. All of the suspects have admitted to the crimes. The total damage to the railroad tracks is estimated a $2,500. The case was investigated by the Quapaw Police Department and the Burlington Northern Railroad Police.
