Ackerson Charges

A four-state attorney seeks to have charges dismissed against his client. Who was found innocent of murder just last week. The attorney for Kyle Ackerson says he`s now asking the Ottawa County District Attorney`s office to dismiss charges he faces in Oklahoma. Ackerson was found innocent last week in Kansas of the 2001 killing of Daniel Gildea. He was accused of killing Gildea in Kansas, then taking the body to the Miami Oklahoma, area. Ackerson is still held in the Cherokee County jail at Columbus on an Ottawa County warrant charging him with arson and knowingly concealing stolen property. Reported By:Tiffany Alaniz
