A patriotic anthem is hitting the airwaves at a four-state radio station. The phones have been ringing off the hook at Kix 102.5, all to request one particular song. The country music station has been playing "A Soldiers Poem" for its listeners. The song proved so popluar, KIX officials put the song on its website for people to download. The song features a father, mother, daughter and soldier talking about how what they are giving up to protect our freedoms in Iraq.
"Yeah we`ve had tons of requests and that`s why we`ve had to go to our website. We just couldn`t play it every half hour. We did put it on our website so everyone could have a copy of it,"said Brett James,KIX 102.5 DJ. If you would like to download the song, it is available at www.kix1025.com
