Alzheimers Unit Opens

A new office has opened in Joplin to help patients dealing with alzheimer`s disease. The Alzheimer`s Association of Southwest Missouri held a grand opening for its new office on 20th street. The new office will help provide better access for families living in Southwest Missouri. The chapter provides programs and services to assist individuals and their families stuggling with the disease. The new office will provide caregiver seminars, respite care assistance and dementia training. Reported By:Brad Douglas
