Fredonia Murder

A four-state man commits murder turns the gun on himself and a baby dies as a result. The discovery of three bodies in a southeast Kansas trailer home has been ruled a murder-suicide. The bodies of 35-year old Kris Rutchman, 29 year old Rebecca Studebaker and seven month old Gregory Fritz were found in a Fredonia trailer on Tuesday. Police say Rutchman apparently shot and killed Studebaker with a small caliber handgun. He then turned the gun on himself. Officials say the infant died as a result of dehydration. Police say the incident may have happened one week earlier on May 21st. Reported By:Jim Jackson
