Charges Mount Against McGuire

A 76-year-old Miami man who`s accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl is now also charged with failing to register as a sex offender. Lellous McGuire has been ordered to stand trial for failing to register. McGuire, who`s also known as Lellans Keet McGuire, is jailed on a $150,000 bond. This after allegedly fondling a girl at his home. Authorities say McGuire was convicted of sexual assault and sexual abuse in Missouri in 1989. He is required to register with local authorities every 90 days. Authorities say he hasn`t registered in Oklahoma since May 1999. McGuire is accused of molesting the girl after she and another girl washed his truck.
