Deciding the Future

The tornado-damaged towns of Pierce City and Stockton are deciding if their past will be a part of their future.
Both cities are weighing proposals to make bigger, better communities.
Retired architect James Moore has sketched nearly 30 renderings of Pierce City since it was heavily damaged by
a tornado last month.
Filled with ideas from residents, merchants and city leaders, the most recent sketch includes moving the city hall and adding green space.
Pierce City Mayor Mark Peters says the decisions must be quick because the city has "virtually no business activity and no revenue."
