A former Neosho golf course manager has pleaded guilty to drug possession. Today, 47-year old Mike Maier pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance. Maier was serving as manager of the Neosho golf course when the arrest happened. His contract with the city of Neosho has since been cancelled. Prosecutors say Maier was in possession of 65 grams of marijuana and the prescription drug zanex during a search conducted at the golf course. Maier`s sentencing has been set for August 27th.
