A big name is helping solve a big problem in the four states. After years of fighting for solutions, Robert Kennedy, Junior is taking up a federal class action lawsuit on behalf of residents in the areas of Picher-Cardin. The lawsuit is against former mining companies who left piles of lead waste behind. Kennedy told hundreds of residents in Picher today that it`s an act of deliberation on the part of the mining companies. Kennedy says the chat piles are a form of chemical warfare from our home nation. Kennedy says the clean up won`t be cheap. Reported By:Ryan Loyd
