An inmate who escaped from a jail on July 4th may have been spotted in the four states. 28-year old Donald Collins was jailed on charges of child endangerment and possession of drugs. Authorities say he made a getaway after reaching the jail`s roof from the exercise yard. Tonight Newton County authorities received a tip that Collins was hiding out in a storage building on a farm near stella. But by the time authorities arrived he was gone. He does have contacts in the area and could be driving a red Nissan 200 S-X. If you have any information contact your local sheriff`s department.
