Jasper County Coroner JD Love`s condition is improving, although he is still listed critical condition tonight following a car accident earlier this week. Sources close to the family say Love was on his way to a family reunion in Denver. Family friends say Love may have been driving the rental car that rolled over on Interstate 70 in Junction City, Kansas. Sources deny rumors that Love is on life support, but is said to be in "rough shape." They say he has a mangled arm, broken ribs, a punctured lung, and other internal injuries. Jasper County Chief Deputy Jerry Neil will be filling Love`s position as coroner until he can return back to work. Love is said to be at a hospital in Topeka undergoing treatment.
