Four men have been arrested and charged in connection to the stabbing death of a man at a four state festival. Carthage police have arrested four Asian men who have now been charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action. Police Chief Dennis Veech says it will be up to the prosecutors to file murder charges in the case. The four individuals are believed to be gang members from oklahoma. A gang fight at the Marian Days celebration erupted early friday morning,leaving one man dead from stabbing and sending several others to the hosptial. Carthage police believe the incident began when two rival gangs from Wichita Kansas and Oklahoma City,Oklahoma began fighting. The celebration wrapped up on Sunday. Reported By: Courtney Cullor
