For the fifth time since 1999 police execute a search warrant at the same Southeast Kansas home. Police found what they believe to be a meth lab at this home on Cleveland Street in Baxter Springs, Kansas. 43 year old Richard Hilton and 38 year old Angela Richards, both of Baxter Springs were taken into custody at the scene. Hilton and Richards both face numerous drug related charges. Both are being held in the Cherokee County Jail without bond. Since 1999 five search warrants have been served at this home. The KDHE will be asked to check the house for contaminants. The house is located half a block from the Baxter Springs Middle School. Reported by Jennifer Haile
