Testimony begins in the jury trail for a four state man charged with pre-meditated first degree murder. 45-year old Eldon Tinsley Jr. is charged with the May 2001 murder of Myung Kim. Today, Tinsley`s oldest daughter Sheena Tinsley said a few months before Kim was killed her father had made what she assumed to be a joke. According to Sheena, her father said he was so mad at Kim he could kill him and said if she ever saw blood in the house to pay no attention to it. It wasn`t until a few days after Kim`s death that Sheena realized what her father said may not have been a joke. Tinsley`s youngest daughter Tonya also took the stand. While under oath she told the jury that her father had asked her to come over and said he was trusting her with his life by telling her he`d just killed Kim. Tonya says she asked Tinsley if he`d shot Kim because she knew he kept a 9 milimeter handgun in the house. Tonya says Tinsley told her it was none of her business. A nine millimeter gun was found in the home and officials with the MSSU crime lab testified that within a reasonable degree of certainty it was the murder weapon.
