New Hearing Set for Hulsey

Updated: January 7, 2009
A nearly 3-year-old Four State court case hits another stumbling block. A trial for Neosho contractor Roger Hulsey has been delayed several times. Now a special prosecutor in the case has been ordered to clarify charges against Hulsey. Hulsey was indicted by a Newton County Grand Jury in March 1999 for allegedly overbilling the county on a courthouse remodeling project. The work was completed in 1998. The special prosecutor must now make clear the exact nature of the charges against Hulsey. A new hearing has been set for September 28th.
