A four-state man convicted of murder learns his fate. 45-year old Eldon Tinsley Jr. of Joplin was convicted yesterday of the 2001 pre-meditated first degree murder of his business associate Myung Kim. Today the jury delivered a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole or probation. Regardless of the sentence, prosecutors say they are satisfied with the overall decision of the jury. Myung Kim`s sister attended the duration of the trial after her testimony on Tuesday. She says it was a difficult ordeal, but she`s satisfied with the outcome. Attornies with the defense chose not to speak with the media, but did say they were pleased the jury passed on the death penalty. Reported by Jennifer Grannan
