A four-state man convicted of murder learns his fate. 45-year old Eldon Tinsley Jr. of Joplin was convicted yesterday of the 2001 pre-meditated first degree murder of his business associate Myung Kim. Today the jury delivered a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole or probation. Regardless of the sentence, prosecutors say they are satisfied with the overall decision of the jury. Myung Kim`s sister attended the duration of the trial after her testimony on Tuesday. She says it was a difficult ordeal, but she`s satisfied with the outcome. Attornies with the defense chose not to speak with the media, but did say they were pleased the jury passed on the death penalty.
