Ottawa County Drowning

A 17-month old infant drowns in a local river. Deputies say a 17-month old boy was found Thursday night in the Spring River in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. According to reports, the boy`s mother, 29-year old Kim Torres was trying to cross the river with her two chilren when the drowning happened. Torres says her vehicle was stuck in a nearby pasture and was trying to find help when she came across the river. Police say a fisherman called 911 around after he found Torres and her 10 year old son on the river bank. Reported by Jennifer Haile
