A mother accused of drowning her 17-month old baby boy is expected to be charged with first degree murder Monday. 29-year old Toni Torres of Quapaw, Oklahoma confessed to killing the infant Thursday night around 9 o`clock. Torres told Ottawa County Sheriff`s investigators that she drove through a wooded area when her car became stuck on a log. Authorities then say Torres took the infant and her 10-year old son to the banks of Spring river. A fisherman who was on the river at the time called 9-1-1 after hearing the children scream. Torres told investigators she killed the infant because she received information from a higher power to do so. Torres will be arraigned tomorrow morning at 9:30. Reported By: Ryan Loyd
