The man accused of the murder of a Pittsburg State student will be going to court this week. The Kansas Supreme Court plans to hear the case of Gary Kleypas for a second time on Wednesday morning. Kleypas is sentenced to death for the March 1996 rape and stabbing of 20-year old of Pitt State student Carrie Williams. The original ruling was overturned last year by the Kansas Supreme Court citing faults with a jury verdict form. The capital murder case is one of 24 cases opening the Kansas Supreme courts 2003-2004 term next week. Reported By: Courtney Cullor
