Price Plea

A Joplin man says he is not guilty of murder. 21-year old Jason Price of Joplin is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Today, Price pleaded not guilty to those charges. Also today, the judge denied the defense`s request for a bond reduction. Price is accused of fatally shootting 43 year-old Eric Ghassemi in the chest. Prosecutors say the incident happened outside the victim`s Joplin apartment following an argument in April. Price`s trial has been set to begin on December 3rd. Pre-trial motions are scheduled for November 10th. Reported By: Robin Rogers
