Lafayette House Awarded

One local agency is getting top honors. The Lafayette House in Joplin will be receiving the Consumer Choice Award for 2001. The award is given by the Missouri Department of Mental Health and is based upon ratings given anonymously by those who have used the services of the organization. Executive director Alison Malinowski will also be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The Lafayette House will accept the awards tomorrow night at the program directors conference in Lake of the Ozarks.
