Miami Mushroom Farm

Despite protests from some area residents a mushroom farm will expand. The Miami Industrial Development Authority is selling 23 acres of land in an industrial park to J and M farms. The expanded site will be located just across Highway 69-A near the company`s headquarters in Miami. Some residents of Miami circulated a petition last month to block J and M`s expansion efforts.
