Oklahoma`s highest ranking official gets a firsthand look at the worst superfund waste site in the nation. Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry says he`s tired of the tar creek issue being pushed aside. He says the immediate health concerns of area residents are priority, but due to limited state funds, federal assistance is key to a resolution. But the Governor doesn`t want the decision left in the hands of the federal government. He says the decision needs to be ultimately influenced by the people in the tar creek area, and state government. Reported By: Janae Menz
