Kindred Pleads Guilty

A Joplin man is the second person to admit to the murder of a Joplin woman. Today, 45-year old Wayne Kindred withdrew his not guilty plea, and pleaded guilty to the murder of 38-year old Tina Schact. Schacht was stabbed to death in March of this year. 43-year old Dayna Gouge also pleaded guilty to the murder. As part of his plea bargain Kindred will serve 30 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for second degree murder and five additional years for armed criminal action.
