Updated: January 7, 2009
While Missourians are still awaiting a judge`s ruling regarding the state`s concealed weapon law,one area college isn`t waiting to make policy changes on its campus. The Crowder College Board of Trustees voted on Thursday to add a ban of concealed weapons policy to its board policies. Crowder President Dr. Kent Farnsworth says the college has always had a policy written in its student and employee handbooks banning weapons on campus and school events. But upon recommendation by the Missouri Department Of Education, Crowder is addressing the concealed weapons issue more specifically. Reported By: Janae Menz
