Aurora Soldier Killed

A soldier with ties to the four states has lost his life while protecting our freedom in Iraq. First Lt. Benjamin Colgan was killed Saturday in Baghdad. Lt. Colgan was responding to a rocket propelled grenade attack. Lt. Colgan is survived by his wife jill and their two young children in Aurora,Missouri. Lt. Colgan will be brought by military aircraft to the Springfield airport. Local funeral arrangements are still pending. Reported By: Jim Jackson
