Soldier Funeral

On this day to honor American Veterans, a four state hero is remembered for his service to our country. A memorial service was held in Aurora today for first Lieutenant Benjamin Colgan. Residents of the community and veterans lined the route from the funeral home to the United Methodist church to honor Lt. Colgan. Lt. Colgan was killed November first while responding to a grenade attack. He is remembered for his love of his family and his country. Lt. Colgan is survived by his wife and two young children. His wife is expecting the couple`s third child. Reported By: Jim Jackson
