A Northeast Oklahoma man who was accused of raping and kidnapping a 15-year-old girl has been released from prison. Gary Patterson of Afton, Oklahoma pleaded guilty to five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. As part of his plea agreement, Patterson has now been released from the Delaware County jail. Prosecutors say Patterson`s charges were reduced because the victim didn`t want to testify against him. The victim was found with Patterson in North Carolina in June. She was later reunited with her family. Reported By: Sarah Lonnevik
